Lockdown or not, the artist continues!

The lockdown due to the Coranavirus doesn't stop or depresses me, fortunately!

Johannes BlonK varnishing supports for the Archi-Miniss
The Archi-Mini's are selling quite well in the States and the Netherlands. As the stock on certain models becomes short it was time to restart production.

I consider myself very lucky having in fact three workshops: the barn in which I create the artworks that need machinery, a room inside the house where I paint small artworks and the cellar beneath the house where I am now.

This is where I paint bigger artworks, where I apply primer and, as shown in the picture, where I apply varnish on the supports for the Archi-Mini's. These supports are made out of oak or ash that had the time to dry out and I can get them from a carpenter in the village. Today we call this 'green logistics'.

At the same time I'm also working on four new large artworks in the landscape format. They are already under painting. Furthermore I'm planning to make black monochrome artworks in which I will use sexy stockings.

You see the artist is still alive an occupied. He even found some time to write an article!

Remain active and in good health you too!
Greetings.
